Update BID Weight

1. Editing BID Weight After Purchase Receipt Submission

If you encounter a data entry error in the BID weight after submitting a Purchase Receipt, you can correct it by using the Update Items button. This action allows you to modify the weight of the BID.

Upon modification, a BID Update request is sent to the Purchase Manager. You must then obtain approval from the Purchase Manager for the weight update.
